Our office is located at 202-1807 Burrard Street, Vancouver, BC, V6J 3G9. We provide in-person cryptocurrency exchange service during posted business hours.
Please bring valid government-issued ID and the payment method you plan to use. If you are receiving cryptocurrency, bring access to your personal wallet or wallet address.
Electronic payments are charged a flat 3.5% fee. Cash transactions are charged a flat 5.0% fee. A clear quote is provided before your transaction is completed.
Vancouver Bitcoin is not a self-serve Bitcoin ATM. Our Burrard Street office provides teller-assisted, in-person service with staff available to help explain the process before you proceed.
